Holiday Quilt Swap - Sign Ups

Many have asked if Four Seasons was going to do another quilt swap. The answer is yes! While the Summer Block Swap of 4SQS is wrapping up, I am calling for interested quilters for a Holiday Quilt Swap. Here's the guidelines...

• You'll have a secret partner and you'll make them a holiday mini between the sizes of 16"x16" and 20"x20". Usual restrictions here...good fabrics, quilted, bound (aka NO pillowcase turnings), a nice label, hanging sleeve or corners, and nothing non-washable, etc. The quilt shall be a holiday or Christmas quilt UNLESS your partner states for religious reasons that he or she only wants "Winter" depicted on the quilt. Be creative & have fun! Let's keep the quilts in the spirit of holiday fun and avoid religious motifs, crosses, etc.
• With your quilt, you'll include 2 fat quarters AND a little gift limitted to about $10 USD. This may be a tree ornament, chocolates, sewing goodies, etc. - your choice. Please wrap your goodies, as this package should appear festive when it arrives.
• You may be required to mail internationally
• The package must be posted by November 15, 2009 but NOT before October 15, 2009. We want these to arrive before December 1st so that they can be used and enjoyed throughout the Christmas season.

• I'll take the first 50 persons that sign up, and hopefully partners will be individually emailed by mid August.
